We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible so you can start your collection.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we'll always do our best to get your order out quickly.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and chosen shipping method.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
International: Delivery times vary depending on the destination.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and cannot be guaranteed.

Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@riffraffle.co.uk and we'll investigate the issue with the shipping provider.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your purchase.

Riff Raffle cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the packaging and contents. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
