We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and unopened.
The item must be in its original packaging.
You must provide proof of purchase or your order number.

Due to the nature of our mystery packs, opened or unsealed packs cannot be returned or refunded. Once a pack has been opened, we cannot verify or resell its contents.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will notify you that your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Where possible, include photographs of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
